1. Where do you ship? 
  • We ship anywhere in the Philippines. 
2. How much is shipping? 
  • Shipping is Php 100 for orders within Metro Manila and Php 200 nationwide. We also offer a pick up option.
3. How long does shipping take? 
  • Orders are shipped every Friday and Tuesday. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within Metro Manila and 3-10 business days for provincial areas. If you need your order shipped within the day, please send us a message on Instagram (@ole.mava) or email (olemava.ph@gmail.com).
4. Do you accept returns? 
  • We currently don't accept returns. If you have any concerns with your order, please send us a message and we'd be happy to help.
5. What payment methods do you accept? 
  • We accept bank transfer and Paypal payments.
